1. Information We Collect

• Account information: name, email address, and authentication details when you sign up or sign in (including via Google, if you choose).
• Content you provide: jobs, reports, checklist items, notes, and photos (including proof photos uploaded via share links).
• Billing information: subscription status and customer identifiers. Card details are handled directly by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
• Usage & device data: log data, approximate country (from network headers), browser/OS type, and share-link view events used for tracking and product analytics.
• Push notification tokens: if you enable notifications, we store the subscription needed to deliver them.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide, operate, and improve the Service.
• To process subscriptions and payments.
• To send transactional messages and, if enabled, push notifications about report activity.
• To secure the Service, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

3. How We Share Information

• Service providers: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and file storage hosting), and notification/email providers, who process data on our behalf.
• Share links: content in a report is visible to anyone you give the link to.
• Legal: when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Data Storage & Security

Data and uploaded photos are stored with our hosting provider using access controls and private storage. Proof and reference images are served via short-lived signed links. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

5. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated content.

6. Your Choices & Rights

• Access, update, or delete your account information from within the app or by contacting us.
• Turn push notifications on or off at any time in your account settings.
• Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, or to object to certain processing.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their information.

8. International Users

We may process and store information in countries other than where you live. By using the Service, you consent to such transfers consistent with this Policy.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date.
